Our Story

Together4Youth is an Australian initiative working with schools to improve the delivery of wellbeing and transition to work services to students.

Together4Youth commenced in 2020 with a number of leading not-for-profit providers working in the secondary school setting coming together to discuss how by working together student outcomes could be improved. After six months of working together an inaugural General Manager was appointed to take the concept of working together and turning it into a reality working with schools to pioneer a new approach to the delivery of wellbeing and transition to work programs in the secondary school setting.

Together4Youth is the missing piece in the puzzle in the delivery of high-quality non-academic learning programs. Together4Youth assists schools to reduce their administrative burden related to wellbeing and transition to work program.

Through working with Together4Youth schools have an extra staff member on board doing the time-consuming coordination and administrative back up leaving the school support team to focus on student wellbeing, teaching and learning.

Together4Youth providers work in conjunction with each other so that delivery is sequenced and coordinated removing the disjointed ad hoc nature of program delivery that is currently experienced across most school delivery.

Further information about Together4Youth and how they can assist your schools can be obtained by contacting CEO Andrew Turvey at andrew.turvey@together4youth.org.au
